BuilderAU - Can Scouta be the Pandora of video?

Scouta was another of the Web 2.0 companies that I came across when researching the topic a couple of months back. Richard Giles' mission is to build a service that sifts through the years of multimedia content now available online to help consumers find things that they might actually like.
